About this holiday cottage
This superb holiday cottage has been carefully created from an old stable, close to the owners house, in a very quiet and peaceful position, just 1.1/2 miles from the small moors village of Lealholm, in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. The restoration has featured as many of the original features as possible, including exposed beamed ceilings and a hayrack!
The cottage has been very comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard and there are some magnificent views out across the gardens and adjacent open fields to the surrounding beautiful rolling countryside
Ideal as a base for the walker with walks from the doorstep this is also a great centre for touring all the East Coast resorts, including Staithes and Whitby, the National Park and the ever popular City of York.
For the more energetic there is free use of a tennis court in Glaisdale.
Ground floor - lounge, dining kitchen and bathroom with toilet, separate shower cubicle and basin. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin.
Gas fired stove in lounge, full oil-fired central heating - all fuel and power is included in the rent. Cot, high chair, Colour T.V., video, DVD player, microwave, shaver point, shower, radio, dishwasher, washing machine, deep freeze. Bed linen is included, towel hire is available. Payphone. Patio and gardens with furniture and barbecue. Ample parking. Sorry no pets. N.B. This is a no smoking cottage
