About this holiday cottage
This charming cottage is set in a quiet position in the small, pretty village of Birstwith, just 4 miles from the popular Spa town of Harrogate.
Very comfortably furnished and well equipped the cottage has been tastefully decorated to provide excellent holiday accommodation. With the added advantage of gardens to front and rear, this is an ideal base for a relaxing country holiday.
With easy access to Harrogate, York and the Dales this is a perfect base for the tourist, whilst for the walker and rambler there are plenty of footpaths and bridleways throughout the surrounding rolling countryside, with open moors and fells within easy reach.
Ground floor - lounge, dining kitchen and basement utility room. First floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin and bathroom with toilet and basin.
Multi fuel stove in lounge, gas-fired central heating - all fuel and power is provided and included in the rent. Travel cot, colour T.V. with digital freesat, DVD player and hard disc recorder, microwave, shaver point, automatic washing machine/dryer. Bed linen is included. Gardens to front and rear. Parking for 1 car, with additional street parking. 1 dog by arrangement please.
