About this holiday cottage
Situated in the old part of the historic market town of Settle, this charming cottage has been fully renovated and restored whilst retaining much of its character with low doorways, exposed beams, feature stonework and stone fireplace in the lounge.
The cottage has been very comfortably furnished and well equipped and provides cosy holiday accommodation. ½ mile from the centre of the town, there are plenty of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants, and a street market each Tuesday.
Settle is located in the Ribble Valley and is an ideal base for walkers with plenty of good local walks of varying levels which are accessible from the town itself, together with more arduous walks available in the Three Peaks area which is just a short drive away. For tourists the Yorkshire Dales, Trough of Bowland, Lake District and Lancashire’s Coastal resorts are all within easy reach.
Ground floor – lounge, small fitted kitchen with separate dining area, utililty room and separate toilet with basin. First floor – 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.
Multi-fuel stove in lounge – initial supply of fuel provided and included. Gas-fired central heating – gas and electricity are included in the rent. Cot, flat screen colour T.V. with freeview, microwave, shaver point, shower, deep freeze, automatic washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included. 1st floor outdoor seating area to the rear with chairs. Street parking in the area. Sorry no pets. Note: This is a non smoking cottage
There are plenty of shops and pubs in the town centre – ½ mile.
