Haxby is just 4 miles from the beautiful, historic City of York, which makes this an ideal base to explore the Viking delights York has to offer. If you enjoy shopping, eating out, exploring, parks, street entertainment and culture then this is a city you will adore. There are park and ride facilities to the city centre for those not wishing to drive into York. If you wish to venture further afield then the East Coast and Yorkshire Dales are also within easy driving distance.
