This purpose built cottage is set on the owners working sheep farm 1/2 mile from the small village of Worston. On the edge of Worston Moor it has superb views over open farmland stretching across the Ribble Valley to Winterhill.
Very comfortably furnished the cottage is compact, cosy and on one level. It has been built with character, open beams and stone fireplace in the lounge, to provide excellent holiday accommodation.
Worston itself is an ideal base for the walker, being in the Trough of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and adjacent to Pendle Hill. For the tourist there is easy access to the Ribble Valley, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and West Coast.
All on the ground floor - 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 with a pair of child size bunks (2ft 6in x 5ft 9in). Lounge, fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.
Multi-fuel stove in lounge - logs and coal available through the owner at extra charge. Oil-fired central heating - oil and electricity included in the rent. Travel cot, high chair, colour TV, DVD player, microwave, shower. Bed linen and towels are included. Patio with a large, shared lawn area. Ample parking. 1 pet by arrangement please.
